Privacy Policy
Effective date: this policy applies to the current release of CreatorQuote. It's short, because we designed the tool to be privacy-friendly by default.
The short version
CreatorQuote is a fully client-side web app. There is no backend, no database and no account system. Everything you enter — deal details, quotes, saved deals — is stored only in your own browser's local storage and never leaves your device.
What we collect
We do not collect, transmit, or sell any personal data. We do not create accounts, and we do not use analytics scripts, advertising trackers or third-party cookies to track you.
Local storage
To make the app work, your browser stores a small amount of data via the Web Storage API (localStorage): your CreatorQuote theme preference and any deals you choose to save. This data is device- and browser-specific. There is nothing we can retrieve, and no one else can see it. To remove it, clear your browser's site data or delete saved deals from within the app.
Cookies & tracking
The app does not set tracking cookies or fingerprint you. Cookies set by your browser or by the hosting platform purely to deliver the page are outside our control and are not used by us for any personalization or tracking.
Third-party services
The core tool has no third-party data processors. In the future, if the Creator Deal Kit becomes available for purchase, checkout will be handled by an external payment provider (for example Gumroad, Ko-fi or Lemon Squeezy), and their privacy policy would apply to the payment details you provide to them. No payment information passes through this app.
Children's privacy
The tool is intended for working UGC creators and is not directed at children. Because we collect no personal data, there is nothing specific to children to remove.
Changes
If this policy changes, the "Effective date" at the top will be updated. Continued use of the tool after a change means you accept the updated policy.
